General Pricing Info
Pricing depends on your specific requirements, but to give you some ideas for starters,
there is a one-time setup fee for a dBMonkey account, usually just US$25 unless your calendar formatting is more complex than our default templates.
The dBMonkey account gets you access to all of the features that currently exist in our software,
as described in our features page.
Licensing fees are negotiable depending on the type of organization.
For example, currently there are no licensing fees for most bands/artists/performers.
It all depends on things like how big you are, how much bandwidth you use,
how many subscribers you have, how often you send out email newsletters,
how much dBMonkey is worth to you in terms of ROI (return on investment),
time savings, value added features, and so on.
If you're in a band and go Platinum, for example ... well hey we might just expect a tiny piece of that action.
For a regional promoter dealing with dozens of venues in multiple cities, the cost might be $50 per month.
(That's just to give you an idea. The actual pricing is based on individual evaluations of the above criteria.)
If you need custom software development, web design, etc, the cost is $50/hour.
If it's not a major project, it's usually $100 or less for each new feature or tweak.
We also offer web hosting, the price again negotiable based on your needs, how much traffic your website and email/ftp accounts generate, etc.
Hosting also makes it possible to take advantage of additional features in the software,
such as uploading of images and/or posters with automatic generation of thumbnails and mini-posters.
