Jacaszek is an author and producer of electroacoustic music that combines electronically prepared sounds with acoustic instruments, and a composer of soundtracks and theatre music. He is a co-curator of C3 Festival / Club Contemporary Classical / which in 2011 took place in Berlin, Essen and Gdansk. His latest album "Glimmer" (2011 Ghostly Internationall/Gussstaff) is a natural result of Jacaszek's constant search for new, chamber, and electroacoustic forms of music. Subtle, almost unfinished, vanishing electronic parts are completed by sounds of harpsichord (Malgorzata Skotnicka), bass clarinet (Andrzej Wojciechowski) and metalophone (Jacaszek). The musical harmony and tones of "Glimmer" recall baroque chamber music. But clarinet, metalophone and characteristic electronic phrases gives Jacaszek's music fresh, unique form, bringing him close to contemporary artists such as Ben Frost, Colleen or Tim Hecker.

JACASZEK says of his own music: "My music is an ambitious plan: I want to create my own, personal and recognizable musical language, in which electronic manipulation of recorded sound is going to enrich traditional acoustic instruments. The motivation of these experiments is discovering the hidden and universal beauty".
