Please search your spam/junk folder for email@example.com and if you find it please mark it as NOT spam, and ideally add to your contacts.
If you have multiple email accounts, make sure you are logged into the one you entered in the ticket order form.
You can print the confirmation if you want to, but your name is already on the will call list so all you really need is your photo ID.

We are working on print-at-home and/or mobile device tickets with one-time-use barcodes which will make transfers much easier, but for now the best method is to forward your confirmation email. The recipient of your ticket(s) can also simply mention your name and number of tickets at the door as long as it matches what's in the will call list.
